Give Residents a Trusted Place to Begin
A resident may care deeply about your community and still never have a conversation about including it in an estate plan. Those conversations need time, trust, and someone who knows how to help.
Legacy AIR creates a regular opportunity for residents to learn about charitable estate planning, ask questions, and consider gifts that reflect their interests. A familiar advisor returns each month and follows up as plans develop, helping residents move from an initial idea toward a legacy commitment.
How Legacy AIR Works
A Program CZG Manages, End to End

Ethical Engagement Standards
CZG recognizes and respects the ethical boundaries presented by engaging residents of Life Plan communities. We only communicate and interact with residents who are in independent or assisted living. When possible, children or other family members are invited to take part in planning discussions. Under no circumstances would a resident who is cognitively challenged be included in any planning or gift discussion.
Monthly On-site Presence
The same advisor spends three days on campus each month. Your advisor leads one educational workshop and spends two days in individual consultations with residents and couples. Consultations typically last 45–60 minutes, with five to seven scheduled per day.
Ongoing Support Between Visits
The advisor devotes an additional five to ten remote hours per week to follow-up, gift-planning illustrations, and coordination with residents’ financial and legal advisors, as well as family members.
Experienced, Vetted Advisors
CZG maintains a network of highly experienced, senior advisors across the country. Each advisor brings at least ten years of planned giving experience and is selected to relate to residents as a peer and contemporary. CZG vets candidates through its proprietary assessment process.
What Could Legacy AIR Surface in Your Community – Right Now*
This estimator models the legacy giving already sitting inside your resident base, not new wealth being created. Designed for communities where average resident net worth exceeds $2M, the threshold where planned giving participation shifts sharply upward. Adjust the inputs to reflect your own community.
*This estimate is a modeled range based on industry research and CZG program data, including results attributed to a well-known international charity. It is not a guarantee of results; actual outcomes depend on your community’s resident profile, program design, and execution.
